Hand Forged Authentic Katana

This KATANA is hand forged and hand sharpened using Japanese methods to create the perfect blade. Fully functional and battle ready. Our Katanas are hand made in our forge and sent directly to you.

The blade is made of 1060 high carbon steel and has been laminated in a Maru style. It has a long Hi (blood groove) on each side. This allows for a lighter blade and audible feedback when swung. It also balances the sword to achieve optimal performance.

The blade is Full Tang and battle ready. It is strong enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper. The blade is electroplated with a piercing blue and then hand polished and sharpened for a mirror surface. The saya (sheath) features a stunning dragon engraving to match the dragon tsuba (hand guard).
