It is beautiful craftsmanship and it holds true. It can slice through bamboo and cut through paper. I love my new sword and will be ordering another one very soon.

Received my sword today, I am very picky when it comes to quality and can say the workmanship is superb regarding this sword. It has good weight and balance and the detailing is very good. There is no fake hamon which is good to see and the handle detail is fantastic and it is also double pinned. The blade is sharp and came well oiled. A fantastic piece to add to any collection and to pass down to the family. Just be careful with this around younger members of the family. All in all, a great buy and looks exactly like the photo's portray. I will use this company again, their swords are recommended!

WOW!!! This is definitely a must have addition to any arsenal. This blade is NO JOKE! The craftsmanship involved in the making of this sword is second to none and the attention to detail is incredible. This is also amazingly sharp. Actually it slices through small trees (2+ inches thick) in the yard like they are paper. The steel is very strong and no denting when blade -to-blade clash. Turn around time was great as was the service and response time when having questions. The lettering is concise and perfectly centered. I recommend this to many people and would purchase again. this blade will remain with me to the grave.

The quality of the sword is excellent and has lived up to the companies reputation. I read previous reviews before ordering the sword and was impressed from what I read so that convinced me to purchase from wicked swords.
The structure of the sword is the best Iv'e seen and the weight of the sword is better than expected. The handle and scabbard are beautiful in design and appearance and you can see the blade has been well looked after as it still had oil on it to preserve it when it arrive in which I was very impressed. The blade is very sharp and is of very high quality and I would certainly suggest other people to purchase swords from Wicked Blades due to quality and price.

I am very pleased with this sword. It is better than I expected for the price. It came on time and well oiled and sharp. I've cut milk cartons and the box that it came in like they were butter without a scratch. Very good quality for it's price. There were some scratches on the habaki, this was my only issue.

Stunning sword, very well made and all parts were nice and tight. Comes wrapped in a very nice covering and the blade has a confident hold. I don't use this katana for cutting bottles and stuff but am certain this one would have no trouble doing so if you are into that sort of thing. All in all, I absolutely love this katana.

This katana is by far the best I own. It's well-balanced and sharp as a razor's edge. It's surprisingly light and nimble and easy to handle. They give you an impressive sword bag for storage. My katana was 1060 High Carbon which (as I understand it) is a very hard blade and excellent for cutting. The edge wears faster the higher the carbon content, so you may have to sharpen it if you use it often. I just use it for display mostly, although it should be strong enough to handle most facets of a sword's purpose. Excellent blade, I'll definitely look up Wicked Blades again!

Purchased this custom Katana for my son. I am not terribly familiar with Japanese swords but am very happy with my purchase. The sword arrived before I expected and was in perfect condition. Unpacked, the sword is contained in a decorative cloth bag with a gold cord with tassels. The Katana itself to me seems to be very well made with a sharp edge and It's well-balanced. I am extremely pleased with the Katana and sure my son will be thrilled. 100% satisfied.
